It’s not too often that an agency plugs their new creative hire minus the use of the usual glamour shot, so we credit Minneapolis-based Olson, Lou Flores, his proud pose and snowboarding attire for deviating from the norm. Anyhow, Flores was most recently an ACD at Team One and had stints prior to that at GSD&M, Colle+McVoy and Campbell Mithun.
