BBDO, Jason Lucas Part Ways

BBDO New York has confirmed that senior creative director Jason Lucas is no longer with the agency. Lucas spent two-and-a-half years at the agency, moving up from his CD post at what was then Atmosphere BBDO to senior CD at BBDO NY on accounts including FedEx and Monster. Prior to BBDO, Lucas spent a whole ten months as a creative director at Deep Focus. His agency career, though, got started at TBWA\Chiat\Day NY, where he spent over six years, served as a senior art director and picked up some Pencils and Cannes Lions for his interactive work on Absolut. No reason has been given for Lucas’s departure from BBDO and his next gig has yet to be determined.
