Welcome to the alternate universe. Eighty-five year old Ed McMahon is the new front man on a FreeCreditReport.com commercial. The company contacted Ed after hearing that the Star Search host had fallen behind on his mortgage to the tune of $640,00. Ed will be rapping and acting like a pimp in said commercials according to HuffPo.

One part of Ed is probably deeply mortified. Yet, some other part of the big guys is loving it. When reporters asked him if he would be releasing a full-length rap album, McMahon said: "Not immediately." Ed is getting some cash, a little love from the world. He's probably dreaming about being on TMZ in the next few weeks. Gawd bless, ya Ed!
