The creative team had worked at Chiat as ACDs since the summer of 2008 and were involved in efforts for Activision (Guitar Hero, DJ Hero, Call of Duty) as well as Gatorade and Nissan. The pair also had stints as instructors at Art Center College of Design. Almaguer (pictured) actually spent three years at TBWA\Chiat\Day LA as a copywriter before heading to Amsterdam to take on a similar post from 2007-8 at W+K. Kidder worked as an AD at W+K Amsterdam during the same time before eventually departing for LA to join the creative ranks at Chiat.
