Six weeks after parting ways with its New York SVP/ECD Josh Tavlin (who appears to be freelancing at the moment), Momentum has now promoted David Chamberlain to the role. Chamberlain has been with the IPG agency for two-and-a-half years, initially joining as GCD across all of Momentum’s American Express activations including the TriBeCa Film Festival and U.S. Open tennis tournament.
Prior to Momentum, Chamberlain (pictured) spent five years at global agency Gyro, where he last served as ECD and led work on accounts including Virgin Atlantic, GE and Hess. In addition to the Chamberlain promotion, Momentum hired Rick Arnstein in the newly created position of SVP, business development for its New York operations.
