Hay will report to Hong Kong-based Global Managing Director Thomas Crampton.
Wong previously served as CD at Grey DPI Group, where he held positions at the agency’s Guangzhou and Taiwan offices and handled work for P&G, Unilever, GSK, Frisco, Meadjohnson, Nestle and Ferrero.
