-”The Board of Directors of Omnicom Group Inc. (NYSE: OMC) declared a quarterly dividend of 40 cents per outstanding share of the corporation’s common stock. The dividend is payable on April 1, 2014 to Omnicom Group common shareholders of record at the close of business on March 4, 2014.”

-JCPenney, Johnson & Johnson, American Express, General Motors, Coldwell Banker, McDonald’s and Unilever (Dove and Lipton) are among those paying $1.7 million for putting out Oscars ads. link
