Mother New York has leased a 36,250 square foot building in the Hell’s Kitchen neighborhood of Manhattan, a move that will put the agency across the street from the new Ogilvy building and about a ten minute walk from the nearest train.

If you work at Mother, buy a big coat or hope the agency hires a shuttle service like Ogilvy did. Or hop on the Ogilvy shuttle that parks outside Port Authority every day.

According to the Observer, the agency’s new digs are about three times the size of their current space.
