Post Death Knell: Psyop Isn’t Merging With No One

Fortissimo Acquisition Corp. held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders yesterday. One order of business was a vote on the proposed acquisition of Psyop – the wonderful animation/graphics firm behind The Coke Factory.

The proposal was not approved by stockholders. The whole deal was to merge the two companies and then merge again with Stink Ltd. forming a global production and digital content creation company.

Alas… the economy strikes again.
