Two months after serving up an amusing Pinterest mood board in reaction to an AdAge piece about a new agency search consultancy, Mobile, Alabama’s Red Square Agency has returned with a new effort that, well, hits a little closer to home. Apparently, the folks at RSA believe Mobile is a hidden treasure that has yet to be discovered by outsiders—though the city is already considered one of the Gulf Coast’s “cultural centers,” but that’s another story.
In an effort to promote and boost tourism in their hometown, team Red Square has come up with a digital campaign dubbed “Mobile Bay,” which as you’d imagine, includes a mobile site and app to give you a taste of Mobile life. Even if your flight isn’t booked yet, you can remotely take a tour of downtown and live vicariously through the locals. Now, how about updating that mood board already?
