Charles Hudson, Host
Charles Hudson has been active in social games and virtual goods for the past 3 years. Charles is the founder and organizer of the Virtual Goods Summit and Social Gaming Summit, two of the largest industry events focused on free-to-play games and microtransactions. In addition, Charles Hudson is the co-author of Inside Virtual Goods, a series of research reports focused on the growth of social games and virtual goods. Charles was the VP of Business Development for Serious Business, a leading producer of social games for the social web, until the company was acquired by Zynga in February 2010. Hudson holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from Stanford University.
