Rehm is host and executive producer of “The Diane Rehm Show”; Kasell is a former NPR newscaster.

Rehm is expected to discuss Kasell’s 50 years in broadcasting, why he retired from the NPR Newscast Unit, how NPR has changed since he started in 1975, and what lies ahead. In addition to her own questions, Rehm plans to take questions from the audience.

The sold-out event tapes live and will available on wamu.org on Feb. 3.
