ABC to Purchase Few Tables at RTCA Dinner
ABC has purchased two tables for the upcoming Radio & Television Correspondents’ Association dinner scheduled for March 11.
The number is telling. Many of the other networks, NBC, CNN and Fox News, have all purchased many tables, some well into double digits.
ABC is on the upswing from last year’s RTCA dinner when the network purchased only one table. “Budgets are tight, and our priority is news coverage,” said ABC spokeswoman Emily Lenzner.
