Amanpour to Conduct ‘Intimate’ Q & A
Christiane Amanpour, the new host of ABC’s “This Week,” plans to conduct what is being described as an “intimate” Q & A with a newsmaker at the upcoming 2010 Radio Show. The show is a one-hour radio version of the Sunday show. So far, no word on who Amanpour’s “newsmaker” will be.
The 2010 Radio Show covers the latest trends in radio and new media. It’s taking place from Sept. 29 – Oct. 1 at the Grand Hyatt Washington. The event was created by the Radio Advertising Bureau and the National Assoc. of Broadcasters.
