I am pleased to announce that BillTrack Editor Megan Sowder-Staley will be joining the Editorial Operations team, with responsibility for CQ MoneyLine. Megan joined CQ BillTrack in August 2007 and became the product’s editor a year later. Megan joined us from The Corporate Executive Board, and she earlier interned with GalleryWatch. She graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a degree in journalism and political science. While at BillTrack, Megan was heavily involved in the launch of the UDR Web BillTrack system, showing an outstanding ability to work with complex data requirements and systems. Megan and her entire BillTrack team have exemplified a dedication to accurate, timely data and extreme attention to detail – not to mention sometimes endless hours on the job. In her new role, Megan will help ensure the integrity and timeliness of CQ MoneyLine data, and she will participate in future UDR Web system development.
Megan is beginning her transition to her new responsibilities, and we’ve started the search for her replacement. Please join me in congratulating her on her new position.
