Elle’s Editor-in-Chief is Devoted to Politico and WaPo

We’re not sure which publication is going to be more offended by this — Politico or WaPo. We’re guessing Politico.

DC’s Fashion Delegate went “behind the scenes” with Elle Magazine’s Editor-in-Chief Robbie Myers during a visit to Washington last month. Her apparently eclectic reading diet includes Politico, WaPo and FD (because people always include your publication or website when you interview them no matter if they’ve never heard of it before). Myers reeled off her favorite designers and what she loves about Washington. She said she hopes to be more involved in D.C. fashion as it evolves. Pssst…she might be waiting a good long while on that one. During events leading up to the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in late April, Myers co-hosted an exquisite dinner with Lani Hay and the Creative Coalition at the Ritz.

For those who don’t know, Fashion Delegate is a fashion meets politics blog written by marketing exec Portia Hood and lobbyist Jennifer Fischer.
