We told you yesterday about Jonathan Allen (CQ) winning one of the National Press Foundation’s Dirksen awards.
The second Dirksen goes to the team of David Heath and Hal Bernton of The Seattle Times, who won for their multi-platform series called, “The Favor factory.” The series linked earmarked votes by Seattle-area lawmakers to campaign contributions.
