NBC’s Russert Gets Scoop on Bloody Pig’s Foot
In the weirdest news of the day, NBC’s Luke Russert is credited with reporting that a bloody pig’s foot and a note of anti-Semitic writings has been sent to Rep. Peter King (R-N.Y.), who chairs the House Homeland Security Committee.
If it was a rabbit’s foot it could have been considered a stroke of luck. A bloody pig’s foot? Not so lucky.
Police caught the package before it could reach the congressman’s office.
