Nicholls Joins BizBash

Chad Kaydo, Editor in Chief of BizBash, the media company serving the meeting and event industry, announced today that former Washington Post staff writer and native Washingtonian, Walter Nicholls has been named as the companies Washington Bureau Chief.

According to Kaydo, “Nicholls is a great hire for Bizbash, he knows our niche well and has an eye for all aspects of covering an event.”

Nicholls was at The Washington Post where he wrote for the food section for 12 years including the long running “Foraging” column. He also wrote about restaurants and travel for the paper’s Sunday magazine and Travel section. Prior to working at the Post, he ran his own catering company called Walter & Rosanna for five years.
