RAP Taps Deaton to Replace Chambers

Last week, FBDC joined former Red Alert Politics founding editor Francesca Chambers at Bar Code to celebrate her new gig as the Daily Mail‘s DC deputy bureau chief. And while we had a great time, we were left to wonder -who could possibly fill her shoes? Today, we wonder no more. The online pub “by young conservatives for young conservatives” has announced that Chambers will be replaced by managing editor Chris Deaton. Deaton previously worked as a legislative and communications aide on Capitol Hill and as an editorial writer for the Press-Enterprise in Riverside, California.

He’s already off to a great start with this latest post about a dude getting kicked in the head by the conductor of a moving train. We can’t wait to see what’s next!
