Sen. Brown Ecstatic to be in CNN’s ‘Situation Room’
Sen. Scott Brown landed in CNN’s Situation Room this afternoon for an interview with Wolf Blitzer. And boy was Brown glad to be there.
“I always wanted to see how big it was,” the fresh-faced new Massachusetts GOP senator said of the Situation Room, looking around as though he had to pinch himself for being there.
Blitzer re-played a portion of the RTCA dinner from Thursday night in which V.P. Joe Biden roasted Brown a bit. Brown laughed at the spot. He said Biden warned him over breakfast at the V.P. mansion that he was going to take a few cracks at him at the dinner.
To which Brown replied, “I said, ‘It’s OK. What comes around goes around.’”
