Taegan Goddard, founder of Political Wire, got a pretty impressive plug from West Virginia Democratic Sen. Carte Goodwin, the 36-year-old former lawyer who replaced the late Sen. Robert Byrd (D-W.Va.). In an interview with Time Magazine for its “40 Under 40″ feature, Goodwin answered five questions.
