Spinal Tap To Rock Georgetown In The Q&A Cafe

Carol Joynt announced today she’s booked Spinal Tap for a rare group interview in The Q&A Cafe at Nathan’s in Georgetown May 13th.

All three- David St. Hubbins (Michael McKean), Derek Smalls (Harry Shearer) and Nigel Tufnel (Christopher Guest)- will be on tap. They’ll be performing in Baltimore the night before and then at the Warner Theater that night, part of a new tour “Unwigged and Unplugged.”

Guest has directed films like “Waiting for Gufman,” “Best in Show,” “A Mighty Wind” and “For Your Consideration,” some of which McKean and Shearer have starred in. Joynt says there will be “lots to talk about.” The interview will air that following Friday, May 15th at 8pm on DC Cable TV-16.
