Stars and Stripes‘ Leo Shane Jumps to Military Times

Leo ShaneIn an email to friends yesterday, Stars and Stripes Washington bureau reporter Leo Shane III announced that he will be moving over to the Military Times. Shane will be taking over the position vacated by long-time reporter Rick Maze, who left Military Times in December to become the managing editor of Army Magazine. Shane had been at Stars and Stripes for nine years, covering the White House, Capitol Hill, and Veterans Affairs Department. He will be covering much the same beat -with more of a focus on military personnel and veteran’s policy -in his new job.

Congrats Leo, from FishbowlDC!
