Former U.S. President Jimmy Carter joins HuffPost Live today at 10:15am from The Carter Center in Atlanta to make a major announcement in the field of public health and discuss the prospects for peace in South Sudan. The conversation will be hosted by Ahmed Shihab-Eldin, one of the founding hosts of HuffPost Live. Shihab-Eldin is an Emmy-nominated journalist, a social-media addict, and in 2012 was featured on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list of ‘young disruptors, innovators and media entrepreneurs impatient to change the world.’
