“It’s a cold day, it’s a good day for starch and potato, so loaded potato it is,” remarked Host Chuck Todd to the accompaniment of Boogie Woogie, a version of which can be found here. The last time the White House Soup of the Day was loaded potato was, uh oh, last Tuesday on Dec. 6. Before that, it was served on Tuesday, Nov. 15.
