WPNI Staff News

From their internal notice:

Growing and engaging our local audience remains one of washingtonpost.com’s highest priorities, and with that in mind we’ve asked Jonathan Krim to expand his current role. Jonathan will move upstairs into editorial to oversee the department’s overall local strategy. In this new role as Assistant Managing Editor for Local, Jonathan will manage our relationship with potential local partners, continue to oversee our LoudounExtra.com pilot and work closely with Rob Curley’s team on future hyperlocal products. The goal of this change is to put one structure around what Editorial is doing locally and to provide more resources for an area of the site that’s central to our future. Bob Greiner’s local news team will report to Jonathan, and Jonathan will report to Ju-Don Roberts.
