Sue Schmidt and Glenn Simpson of the Wall Street Journal DC bureau are rumored to have resigned from their posts last Friday. A source tells FBDC, “ongoing frustration over management not running their stories prompted the departure.”
A rep for WSJ confirmed that the two have turned in letters of resignation but didn’t offer additional details.
