With nearly 7,000 New York-based employees, Bloomberg L.P. is always looking to add new office locations as the company grows.  Today Bloomberg signed a lease for over 400,000 square feet of office space at 120 Park Avenue and plan to move into the new place later this year.  This purchase comes a little over a month after the company announced plans to build a London office with over 500,000 square feet of property.  Chairman of Bloomberg L.P. Peter Grauer explained that the new office space is needed to accommodate the increasing number of staff members.

This new location is ideal as we build upon our record-setting year in 2010 and position ourselves for future growth.
