AP Correspondents Live Tweet the Charlie Sheen Debacle*

Over the weekend, it was fun to read the intertwined tweets of Associated Press writers Christy Lemire (Los Angeles) and Mike Householder (Detroit).

Lemire, whose TV producer husband was in attendance at the opening of Charlie Sheen‘s tour in Detroit, pointed people to colleague Householder’s live tweeting. After the show, Householder continued with some interesting observations:

Lemire, who also co-hosts Ebert Presents and is on her way to Chicago today for a weekly taping (post Sheen show #2), shared the flip side of Charlie’s “I already have your money” stage taunt. Call it a torpedo truism:

[*Editorial note: Changes were made after publication to the headline and opening paragraphs of this item to correct the erroneous statement that Lemire and Householder are husband and wife. FishbowlLA apologizes for the very careless Twitter misread, and thanks Lemire-Householder for their entertaining, follow-up tongue-in-cheek tweets.]
