Cristina Cuomo New EIC of Manhattan

Cristina Cuomo, wife of ABC News’ Chris Cuomo, is the new editor-in-chief of Manhattan. Cuomo was most recently editor-in-chief of the now shuttered Plum Hamptons. She was previously group editor for Niche Media’s regional publications and editor-in-chief of Gotham.

In related news, Manhattan’s publisher, Modern Luxury, has named James Aguiar its national fashion director.

“We’ve seen tremendous growth in our luxury titles nationwide and are excited that Cristina will bring her editorial savvy and tremendous experience to Manhattan,” said Michael Dickey, president of Modern Luxury. “Adding James to our leadership team on the national level is a sign of our commitment to providing readers with the best and most current fashion coverage.”
