But one stone has been left unturned: the article about the flaky goings on at the elite Santa Monica Crossroads School. While the Vanity Fair piece is less sensational than the sex-and-drugs laced Crossroads chapter in Andrew Breitbart and Mark Ebner’s Hollywood, Interrupted (which, coincidentally, is released in paperback today), the administration is nonetheless rumored to be worried that the publicity will hurt next year’s application numbers.
