Janice Min, former Us Weekly editor, has sold her apartment at 285 Lafayette St. for a cool $7.3 million and is moving to LA, that city west of the Hudson that’s famous for being home to FishbowlLA. The loft apartment Min is leaving was originally purchased for $4 million in 2005 and boasts David Bowie and Iman as neighbors. Who would have thought that writing about celebrity cellulite and labiaplasty would have you living right alongside those very people?

Min, for those keeping track, was most recently rumored to have been pitching a celebrity-focused site for moms (You’re just itching to bookmark it!) along with former NBC exec Ben Silverman. She’s also set to publish From Mousewife to Momshell, a reimagining of Beowulf. (No. Of course it isn’t.)
