As part of La Toya Jackson‘s promotional tour for her new book Starting Over, she dropped in this morning on FOX’s Good Day LA to chat with Steve Edwards and the rest of the affable gang.

The celeb sibling is making headlines with her conspiracy theorizing about Michael’s death, but let’s just hope her grasp of circumstantial evidence is better than her knowledge of her late brother’s Sony/ATV music catalog. About two minutes into the interview, Jackson mentioned that the MJ Family Trust co-owned entity encompasses an astounding 750 million individual compositions:

Only problem is the Sony/ATV song total is actually 750,000. In a more perfect morning show world, one of the FOX co-hosts would have challenged the ridiculous number. File this one under “Billie Jean is not my fact checker.”
