The Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Greater Los Angeles, with the help of Mattel, Inc., celebrated six-year-old Mariah Brown’s wish for the ultimate Barbie experience as part of its 2010 Season of Wishes® campaign. Last night’s celebration at The Grove in Los Angeles – hosted by long time Make-A-Wish Foundation supporters Mark Wallengren (KOST-FM 103.5) and Kenny Ortega (High School Musical) — began with a surprise appearance by the 2010 Holiday Barbie herself who presented Mariah with a special Barbie necklace and a massive gift box filled Barbie dolls and accessories, which they opened together. As part of her granted wish, Mattel, Inc. has arranged for Mariah and her family to visit the Mattel design studio for an exclusive exploration into the world of all things Barbie.
