Media Hearts Hillary Like An Eight-Year-Old Boy In A Schoolyard

Tom Edsall at the Huffington Post is reporting that the media has suddenly “jumped ship from the Obama campaign and become a crucial Clinton ally.”

Citing recent examples from Politico, The New Republic, Joe Klein at Time, and the Washington Post among others, Edsell says that “the new tenor of media coverage is visible almost everywhere” — except, once could add, the NYT‘s op-ed pages, or this week’s cover of the ever-loving New Republic — and “the shift is a potential lifesaver as she struggles to keep her head above water.”

Makes one wonder: has anyone notified Chris Matthews or Keith Olbermann?
