UPDATE, 4:48pm: Bush is supposed to be arriving at Andrews in 2 minutes and Fox is on commercial,and CNN is on location in London. Only MSNBC is leading up to the Rehnquist resignation.

UPDATE, 4:50 pm: Bush is indeed here, saluting his way down the steps of Air Force One...and walking straight into a helicopter going straight to the British Embassy to sign a condolence book for victims of the London bombings. MSNBC commercial; Fox News is on the hurricane, CNN is on Arab reaction to the bombings. Brian, I have new respect. It's 4:53 pm now.
