Disney‘s acquisition of Marvel was the talk for the day for hosts Jason Boog of GalleyCat and AgencySpy‘s Matt Van Hoven. They both agreed the deal is a huge get for Disney, which now controls a huge portion of the cartoon/comic book/superhero market.

Also discussed, The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette‘s new paid content Web site, which Matt and Jason agreed might lose the paper some readers unless it can come up with a local angle and provide news that no other media outlet can provide — like a special book about the Superbowl champs.
