Star Gets New Editor-in-Chief Amid Changes at AMI
There has been a bit of a shuffling at AMI. According to The New York Post, James Heidenry, most recently the Editor-in-Chief of Manhattan, is Star’s new Editor-in-Chief. Heidenry succeeds David Perel, who was named AMI’s Executive Vice President of Digital Content on Monday.
Additionally, Richard Spencer, OK!’s Editor-in-Chief, has been promoted to Editorial Director of the Celebrity Magazine Group, which includes Star, OK!, Reality Weekly and Soap Opera Digest.
Ryan Pienciak will succeed Spencer as OK!’s new Editor-in-Chief and Leah Ginsberg will succeed Pienciak as Executive Editor at the magazine.
