All Things Digital reports that the folks at magazine megapublisher Time Inc. face a bit of a bind. Apple isn’t letting the company sell subscriptions to iPad apps for Sports Illustrated and other publications in its iTunes store, confining Time Inc. to one-off, newsstand-style sales.
