Sullivan has been leading AOL’s Women’s and Lifestyle Group, and she’ll continue in that role. In a memo, Susan Lyne, CEO of AOL’s Brand Group, described Sullivan as “a tremendous brand builder and a results-oriented executive.”

In the same note, Lyne said Moysey will operate under a dual reporting structure. He’ll report to both Lyne and Bob Lord.
