The addition of the Tom’s brand of Web destinations (Tom’s Hardware U.S., Tom’s Guide U.S., Tom’s IT Pro U.S.) helped push TMN, home of SPACE.com and laptopmag.com, to a comScore metered reach of 72 million international monthly readers.
Today, the company announced a pair of related EIC moves. Fritz Nelson has been brought in to oversee Tom’s Hardware U.S. and Tom’s IT Pro U.S., while Mark Spoonauer will add Tom’s Guide U.S. to his other current editorial duties. From today’s announcement:
Nelson joins TechMedia Network with over two decades of editorial leadership in business technology media. Previously, he served as senior vice president and editorial director of the InformationWeek Business Technology Network at UBM Tech, managing 12 media properties—including InformationWeek and Dark Reading.
