Three Editorial Changes at Niche Media

Niche Media, publisher of Gotham, Hamptons, Los Angeles Confidential, Ocean Drive and more, has made several editorial changes. According to the New York Post, Samantha Yanks — most recently editor-in-chief of Gotham — has been promoted to executive fashion editor. Yanks has been with Niche Media since 2004. She took over as editor of Gotham in 2009.

Catherine Sabino, who has been executive editor of Niche Media since 2011, is succeeding Yanks as editor-in-chief of Gotham. Prior to her time at Niche, Sabino was a contributing editor to PrivatAir and before that she was the editorial director of Forbes Special Interest Publiscations for over 10 years.

Laurie Brookins, who has held various top editorial positions at Niche Media since 2005, has been named fashion editor-at-large. She will be responsible for editing a variety of the company’s magazines.
