The Hollywood Reporter Gets Hollywood Wrong

Last night’s altercation between LAPD officers and skateboarders attending a movie premiere started in front of the Vine Theatre, located on Hollywood Blvd. between Vine and Ivar. In his haste to pick up on NBC LA’s original coverage, Aaron Couch of The Hollywood Reporter somehow got the geography wrong:

It’s not the biggest mistake in the world, and certainly the kind of thing that happens occasionally across pretty much any blog-website. Still, when the name of your outlet is The Hollywood Reporter, it’s a little extra embarrassing to misreport about Hollywood.

In the comments, recent LA transplant Beverly Baker was quick to poke fun at the municipal mix-up.
