Who Knew? Robert Blake Is Apparently the Assistant Secretary of State

The things you learn reading the international press. According to the Gulf Times of Doha, Qatar, the U.S. is currently in the middle of talks to sell the Indian Airforce $4.4 billion worth of C-17 Globemaster transport aircraft. And who’s at the helm of these multi-billion dollar negotiations? Why, none other than Assistant Secretary of State Robert Blake. Yes, that Robert Blake according to the photo.
