A New Owner for PW by October?

reed-business-logo.gifMorningstar took a peek at an internal memo from Reed Elsevier that says “the global board of Reed Business will give a management presentation to potential acquirers” in early September, which means that RBI—which puts out Publishers Weekly, Library Journal, and School Library Journal, among many other trade magazine covering other industries—could have a committed buyer as early as October.
