FishbowlLA Has Your Comic-Con Coverage

tina-dupuy-benderphoto.jpgTina Dupuy of mediabistro.com’s FishbowlLA may have spent six hours on the San Diego Freeway yesterday afternoon, but she did finally make it to the city for the annual Comic-Con International. So far, she hasn’t seen anything comic book-related, but then that’s become par for the course at the convention these days. But I passed along a wish list based on the press releases that both came my way and held my attention, so we’ll see… In the meantime, she’s got plenty of cosplay pics! As she notes:

“About 10% of the people who attend Comic Con, come dressed in costume. But they get about 99% of the press coverage. It’s just like at protests, when everyone there is just going about their business and it’s the one schmuck throwing rocks that makes it on the news.”
