Adam Mansbach author of Go the F**k to Sleep has a new eBook edition out for his graphic novel, Nature of the Beast. Mansbach worked with illustrator Owen Brozman on the project who says he took a “cinematic” approach to making the book.

In a promotional video for the book, which we have embedded above, Brozman shared his process of adapting the book into a graphic novel. He also showed off the eBook edition on the Kindle Fire, using the Kindle Panel View function–a comic book reading tool introduced with the new Kindle Format 8.

“It’s interesting the way that they actually enhance the storytelling,” Brozman explained in the video. “The way that the eReader lets you look at individual panels, it makes it even more dynamic, which is exciting.”
