IndieBound Updates Literary iPhone App

image-thumb193.gifIndieBound recently updated the popular ABA/Indiebound App which allows readers to find local indie bookstores and browse books on their iPhone.

The new edition allows readers to create book lists online and sync up with the iPhone application–making these recommended book lists portable. In addition, the application now remembers a user’s favorite store for return visits. The bloggers at TeleRead had a few more ideas for the next update as well.

If you are interested in literary iPhone app creation, GalleyCat caught up with Matt Supko, the developer behind the app, in an exclusive video interview. (Via Publishers Weekly)
