Jennifer Weiner Inks Four Book Deal

jenweiner1.jpgBestselling author Jennifer Weiner signed a four-book deal with Atria Books today, 10 years after hooking up with the publisher for her first book, 2001′s Good in Bed.

Weiner (pictured) will release her eighth book, Fly Away Home, next month, and will be publicizing it this summer with a 10-city tour. Weiner’s other books include In Her Shoes and Best Friends Forever. Joanna Pulcini of Joanna Pulcini Literary Management negotiated the deal with Atria VP Greer Hendricks.

According to the press release, “Atria plans to publish one book per year for the next four years.” It’s a bit like being re-elected.
